Module ɗin sanyaya na thermoelectric, mai sanyaya na thermoelectric da ake amfani da shi a cikin na'urar kula da ido

Sanyayawar Thermoelectric (TEC, Peltier Effect) ita ce babbar fasahar da ake amfani da ita wajen cimma daidaito da saurin tasirin sanyaya da dumama a cikin na'urorin auna kuzarin ido/kariyar ido na yanzu. Idan aka kwatanta da hanyoyin gargajiya, tana da fa'idodi masu yawa a fannin sarrafa zafin jiki, amsawa, ƙara, da aminci.

 

I. Babban Ka'ida: Tasirin Peltier

Lokacin da wutar lantarki kai tsaye ta ratsa ta hanyar lantarki mai amfani da wutar lantarki wanda ya ƙunshi kayan semiconductor guda biyu daban-daban (nau'in N-type / nau'in P), zafi yana sha/saki a wurin haɗawa, yana samar da ƙarshen sanyi da ƙarshen zafi:

Sanyaya (maganin sanyi): Ana sanya ƙarshen sanyi a kusa da wurin ido don shan zafi da rage zafin jiki

Dumama (maganin zafi): Juya alkiblar da ake bi a yanzu, sannan a canza ƙarshen sanyi/zafi

Tsarin ma'aunin kuzarin ido

Ƙarshen sanyi: Takardar sarrafa zafi ta ƙarfe / yumbu (shafar da ke kewaye da idanu)

Ƙarshen zafi: ƙaramin farantin watsa zafi + fan mai shiru (don watsa zafi)

Sarrafa: NTC thermistor + MCU (±1℃ daidaitaccen sarrafa zafin jiki)

 

II. Babban aikin amfani da na'urar auna kuzarin ido

 

1. Yanayin Matsawa Mai Sanyi (10–22℃)

 

Rage kumburi cikin sauri: Takura jijiyoyin jini, rage duhun da'ira da kumburin da ke faruwa sakamakon rashin tashi a makare ko farkawa da wuri

Rage cunkoso: Rage ja, gajiyar ido da kuma jin zafi a ido

Kwantar da hankali da kwantar da hankali: Rage rashin lafiyar jiki, rashin jin daɗi bayan tiyata (laser/tiyatar filastik)

Wartsakewa da kuma haskakawa: Inganta barcin rana da kuma da'ira mai duhu a kusa da idanu.

 

2. Yanayin Matsawa Mai Zafi (38–42℃)

 

Inganta zagayawar jini: Shuɗe da'irori masu duhu, inganta metabolism

Rage bushewar fata: Rage laushin glandar meibomian, inganta ciwon bushewar ido

Saki tsokoki: Rage matsin lamba da radadi a ido

Taimakawa wajen barci: Dumi matsewa kafin kwanciya barci don kwantar da jijiyoyin jiki.

 

3. Sauyin Sanyi da Zafi / Yanayin Zagaye

 

Sauyawar sanyi da zafi: Da farko a shafa matse mai zafi a buɗewar zagayawar jini → sannan a shafa matse mai sanyi don takurawa da rage kumburi, wanda ke ƙara tasirin kulawa

Kula da zafin jiki mai hankali: Kulawa ta NTC a ainihin lokaci don hana sanyaya / ƙara yawan zafi

 

III. Fa'idodin Fasaha

 

Siffofi: Sanyayawar thermoelectric (TEC)

Saurin amsawa: Daƙiƙa: Daƙiƙa 3 don sanyaya, daƙiƙa 5 don dumama

Na'urar kula da ido (na'urar kariya daga sanyi da zafi) galibi tana amfani da na'urorin sanyaya thermoelectric, na'urar thermoelectric, na'urar sanyaya peltier, na'urar TEC mdoule (TECs, na'urorin peltier). Waɗannan na'urorin peltier, na'urorin peltier, na'urorin TEC, na'urorin thermoelectric galibi ƙanana ne, suna aiki a ƙananan ƙarfin lantarki (3.7V – 12V), kuma suna da ƙarancin kwararar iska. Tsarin asali galibi suna cikin jerin TES1/TEC1, tare da girma dabam dabam shine 15×30mm, 20×20mm, da 30×30mm.
